By creating an account or using SkillTape, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  1. Description of Service

SkillTape is a video annotation platform for athletes, coaches, and training teams. Features include video upload, frame-accurate scrubbing, clip creation, drawing annotations, tagging, and team collaboration.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use SkillTape. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion removes personal identity fields and associated data.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to SkillTape. By uploading content, you grant SkillTape a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and any features you use (such as team sharing and link sharing).
You agree not to upload content that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains harmful, abusive, or objectionable material, or impersonates another person or entity.

Subscriptions and Payments

SkillTape offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are accessible during an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and billing terms are governed by the respective platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the platform through which you subscribed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service, use automated means to access the service without permission, or upload malicious code or content designed to harm other users.

Intellectual Property

SkillTape and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Memmy App LLC. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

Limitation of Liability

SkillTape is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memmy App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
